50 Communities. 250 Days.One Journey. Greater Impact.
Your staff is stretched. Your community is asking questions about AI you're not sure how to answer. And the technology landscape keeps shifting faster than your budget or bandwidth can keep up.
We built this for you.
InnovateOps Solutions is offering free, practical AI and technology education to 50 mission-driven organizations β delivered directly to your team, your volunteers, and the older adults and caregivers you serve. No jargon. No sales pitch.
Just real tools they can use tomorrow.
Founding Partner applications close July 31. Spots are limited to 50 organizations.
This is a founding opportunity. Organizations that apply before July 31 will be recognized as Founding Community Partners β featured on the initiative website, named in impact reports, and first in line as the initiative grows. Once 50 partners are confirmed, applications close.

50 Communities. 250 Days.
Why We Started This Initiative
You didn't get into this work to become a technology expert.
You got into it to serve people.
But right now, the people you serve are being targeted by AI-powered scams. They're confused by tools their grandchildren use daily. They're asking your staff questions nobody trained them to answer.
And your organization? You're navigating all of this with the same team, the same budget, and twice the pressure.
At the NCOA Age+Action 2026 conference, one of the most attended sessions wasn't about funding, policy, or advocacy. It was about artificial intelligence β what it means for older adults, how caregivers can navigate it, and what community organizations need to know to keep the people they serve safe and informed.
The demand in that room reflected what we're hearing everywhere: mission-driven organizations want to act but don't know where to start. The technology is moving faster than any training budget or staff capacity can absorb. And the people most at risk β older adults navigating an increasingly digital world β are being left to figure it out alone.
That gap is what 50 Communities. 250 Days. is designed to close.
As America marks its 250th anniversary, InnovateOps Solutions is bringing free, practical AI and technology education directly to 50 communities β delivered to the staff, volunteers, and older adults and caregivers your organization serves every day.
Not a webinar. Not a slide deck. A real session built around your community, delivered by people who understand your world.
Because no one should be left behind β especially not the people your organization exists to serve.
Why Digital Confidence Matters
Technology and artificial intelligence are changing how we access information, communicate, receive services, manage our health, and navigate everyday life. They also introduce new risksβfrom online scams and misinformation to privacy concerns and increasingly sophisticated fraud.
For older adults and caregivers, digital confidence is no longer just about learning new tools. It's about staying informed, staying connected, and staying safe.
That's why 50 Communities. 250 Days. provides practical, accessible education that helps people understand emerging technologies, recognize potential risks, and use these tools with greater confidence in their daily lives.

What We're Learning
Insights From Communities Across the Country
The same challenges are surfacing in nearly every conversation with leaders of mission-driven organizations.
No Clear Starting Point
Most organizations know AI is relevant to their work β but don't know where to begin. There's no roadmap, no designated owner, and no budget line for figuring it out. So nothing moves. Meanwhile the technology, and the risks that come with it, keep advancing.
Uneven and Unprotected Adoption
In many organizations, some staff are already using AI tools β without policies, without guardrails, and without leadership awareness. There are no shared prompt libraries, no org-wide standards, and no training. That's not a technology problem. It's an operational and legal risk hiding in plain sight.
Older Adults Are Being Left Behind
Individuals are navigating AI on their own β with incomplete understanding, no safety education, and real vulnerability to scams and misinformation. The organizations best positioned to help them don't yet have the tools or confidence to do it.
